Mr Sadok Kouka acquired Restaurant Nuova Marina in 1996. It took about one year to restore the inside section of the restaurant as well as the inside area. Besides all the kitchen and lounge equipments were completely renewed.

After its total restoration and metamorphosis, The Nuova Marina was inaugurated in July 1997 for the great pleasure of its numerous visitors who could discover the magic of this overwhelming site.

The good reputation of the restaurant with its affordable prices and delicate cuisine was soon to come.
